NCR to connect Prayagraj with 3 Jyotirlings through special trains

North Central Railway (NCR) is operating special trains from Prayagraj to Baba Baidyanath Dham (Deoghar), Mahakaleshwar (Ujjain), and Somnath during the holy month of Sawan.

A weekly special train (04173/04174) from Prayagraj Junction to Veraval will run from August 6 to September 25, providing direct connectivity to the Dwarka-Somnath region.

A bi-weekly special train (04169/04170) from Subedarganj to Indore with a halt at Ujjain will continue till end of September for pilgrims visiting Mahakaleshwar.

Ten additional trips of the Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi-Asansol special train (04185/04186) have been sanctioned between July 29 and August 31 to handle festive rush.

NCR is considering extending connectivity to Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Varanasi, depending on passenger demand.
