Ramai Awas First Instalment Raised To ₹50,000: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsat

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Guardian Minister Sanjay Shirsat announced the first instalment under the Ramai Awas Yojana increased from ₹25,000 to ₹50,000.

The increase was due to beneficiaries finding it difficult to begin construction with the earlier amount.

Shirsat instructed the administration to display beneficiary lists outside the assembly hall and publish updated lists on the first day of every month.

Other Backward Classes Minister Atul Save said Prime Minister Narendra Modi envisions every citizen owning a house.

Mayor Sameer Rajurkar urged the administration to release the second instalment immediately after construction begins.
