Rajkummar and Wamiqa's Prahaar delayed

Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi's courtroom drama 'Prahaar' has been postponed from its August 7, 2026 release.

The postponement is due to a crowded market with releases like 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day', 'Batwara 1947', and 'Awarapan 2'.

'Prahaar' is based on landmark cases of public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, covering the 1993 Bombay bombings and 2008 Mumbai attacks.

Maddock Films' other August release 'Eetha', starring Shraddha Kapoor, may also shift dates to avoid clashing with Yash's 'Toxic'.
