Maintenance firm booked over basketball pole collapse in Gurgram’s Sec 84

A private maintenance firm and its officials were booked after a basketball pole collapsed at Antriksh Heights society in Gurugram's Sector 84.

The victim, Kartik Dalal, suffered fractures at two locations in his spine and multiple limb injuries while playing with friends.

A complaint was filed by the victim's father, Dharmendra Dalal, against the RWA office-bearers and estate manager.

An FIR was registered under Section 125 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita at Kherki Daula police station.

Previous complaints about the pole trembling were reportedly ignored by the maintenance agency.
