Swiss Town Hall Painted In 1891 Still Holds Its Colour, Inspiring New India-Germany Facade Partnership

Zydex Paints and M3M India have partnered to use KEIM Regalan silicate mineral paint on Indian facades.

KEIM’s silicate mineral paint was used on the Swiss Town Hall in Schwyz painted in 1891 and still retains its colour.

The paint chemically bonds with masonry, making it breathable, water-repellent, and fire-resistant.

The partnership targets Rs 100 crore in facade works over three years with a 20-year warranty on film integrity and fading.
