Delhi's Golf Links sees another marquee deal as Innov8 founder Ritesh Malik buys ₹85 crore bungalow

Innov8 founder Ritesh Malik bought a 575 sq yd freehold bungalow in Delhi's Golf Links for ₹85 crore.

The transaction was facilitated by India Sotheby's International Realty.

The new owner plans to demolish the dilapidated structure and redevelop it into a 6,000-7,000 sq ft residence.

Golf Links has only around 212 properties, with freehold titles being extremely scarce, driving intense competition.

Other recent marquee deals include a ₹100 crore bungalow purchase by Yashwant Singh in 2025.
