India captain Shreyas Iyer told players not to fear failure, saying it leads to playing defensively.

Iyer urged the team to ignore outside criticism and focus on expressing themselves freely on the field.

India lost all white-ball matches on the tour of England and Ireland, including 0-2 to Ireland and 0-4 to England.

Iyer believes the tough phase has helped the team identify areas for improvement.
