Karnataka Congress flags abusive post on Rahul
A member of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) legal cell filed a complaint with cybercrime police over an Instagram video targeting Rahul Gandhi.
The complaint alleges the video contained obscene, sexually explicit, and derogatory comments, including vulgar remarks undermining women's dignity.
The cyber crime police registered a case under the Information Technology Act and Section 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
Police are working to remove the video and investigating to trace the administrator of the Instagram account.
