Mumbai Court Restrains Influencer Shamita Yadav From Posting Allegedly Defamatory Content Against Shilpa

The City Civil Court, Dindoshi restrained influencer Shamita Yadav from posting defamatory content against Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raj Kundra.

The court directed Yadav to take down existing defamatory material on her social media accounts pending further orders.

Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Raj Kundra filed a defamation suit alleging Yadav portrayed them as criminals in posts since February.

The court granted interim relief, restraining Yadav and her representatives from publishing any defamatory content against the couple.
