,073 small companies registered in Haryana between July 2015 and July 2025 per a Union ministry of corporate affairs report tabled in Rajya Sabha on July 28.
Gurugram led with 36,237 registrations (46% of state total); Faridabad was second with 11,504.
Panchkula was the only northern district with notable growth, registering 2,704 companies.
Regional disparities persist: Nuh had only 103 registrations, while areas like Rewari (1,352) and Bhiwani (994) saw lower numbers.
Growth attributed to policy reforms under the Companies Act, 2013, including zero incorporation fee for eligible companies with authorized capital up to ₹15 lakh.
