Ladakh Police file zero FIR against influencer over alleged anti-Amit Shah Facebook video

Ladakh Police registered a zero FIR against influencer Yogesh Parmar over a Facebook video with alleged anti-Amit Shah remarks.

The FIR was lodged at Leh police station and transferred to Devaraja police station in Mysuru, Karnataka.

The case was filed under sections 197(1)(d), 352, and 353(1) of BNS, with punishments of two to three years in prison and fines.

The complaint alleged the video could promote hostility and disturb public order and communal harmony.
