Delhi traffic hit by VIP movement, no police advisory

VIP movement in central and south Delhi on July 15, 2026 caused bumper-to-bumper traffic from 8.30am to 1.30pm.

Delhi Traffic Police issued no advisory on social media for planned diversions, despite scheduling two days in advance.

Traffic was halted at intervals on arterial routes including Ring Road, Mathura Road, and India Gate.

Commuters faced delays reaching offices due to standstill traffic on routes like Ring Road from Sarai Kale Khan to Ashram Chowk.
