Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu is expecting her first child with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru.

Samantha said in an interview with Pinkvilla that she has always wanted to be a mother and has been waiting for this moment.

She described her pregnancy as a new and exciting phase, giving her a new kind of strength and purpose.

Samantha and Raj Nidimoru married in December 2025 after a yogic ceremony at Isha Yoga Centre in Coimbatore.

Samantha confirmed her pregnancy after being spotted with a baby bump during celebrations for her film Maa Inti Bangaaram.
