Manoj Kulkarni and Atul Waghmare were booked by Bandra Kurla Complex police for failing to report for Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls.
Kulkarni, a MSEDCL deputy manager, was appointed AERO for Bandra East but neither attended meetings nor oversaw work.
Waghmare, a BMC sewage department executive assistant, was appointed BLO but frequently remained absent, completing only 14.13% of assigned work.
Complaint was filed by deputy tehsildar Yuvraj Gadvi after multiple notices to their department heads were ignored.
This is the second such booking; earlier, 11 school teachers were booked for similar dereliction of SIR duties.
