CWG tougher than Asian Games, say India's top 400m track athletes

India's 400m athletes believe the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow will be tougher than the Asian Games due to stronger competition from Australian and English runners.

Vishal Thennarasu Kayalvizhi and Jay Kumar are training in Poland to prepare for both events.

The athletes aim to achieve personal bests at these competitions.
