Blue Jellyfish Wash Up on UK Beaches

Hundreds of blue jellyfish, called Velella velella, have washed up on UK beaches.

The jellyfish are often mistaken for alien creatures due to their appearance.

Marine experts say warm weather may have contributed to the strandings.

More strandings could occur over the summer.
