DDA launches Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026: 25% discount on over 1,200 Narela flats; prices start at ₹33.4 lakh

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) launched DDA Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026 offering a 25% discount on over 1,200 ready-to-move-in flats in Narela.

Prices start at ₹33.4 lakh for 1 BHK, ₹75.55 lakh for 2 BHK, and ₹1.065 crore for 3 BHK after discount.

The scheme allows buyers to amalgamate adjoining flats into a larger unit, subject to DDA's norms and approvals.

Registration opens July 24, 2026, and flat bookings begin August 15, 2026, on first come, first served basis via DDA Awaas Portal.

Flats are freehold with no restriction on existing property ownership, located in Pocket-11, Sector A1-A4, Narela.
