How an Iran-linked network is turning teenagers into hitmen across Europe

Europe's Foxtrot Network, led by Rawa Majid, is accused of recruiting teenagers via social media to carry out murders, linked to about 35 murders since 2022.

Police believe the network, operating as 'violence-as-a-service' (VaaS), has expanded from gang violence to targeting Iranian regime enemies, including dissidents and journalists.

The network is accused of attacks against Israeli targets across Europe, involving explosives and hand grenades.

Rawa Majid relocated to Tehran, where investigators allege the relationship with the Iranian regime deepened after October 2023.

Iran has denied any involvement with the gang.
