Patrick Clancy remarries as trial proceeds

Patrick Clancy, 38, remarried Dr. Rachel Danis, 37, in April 2026 at the Ladies Pavilion in Central Park, followed by a celebration at Sarabeth's restaurant.

Clancy moved to Manhattan about four months after the January 2023 deaths of his three children in Duxbury, Mass., and now lives with Danis in a Midtown Manhattan high-rise.

Clancy works as a Microsoft employee; Danis is a reproductive endocrinologist at an NYC clinic and assistant clinical professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Clancy testified that Lindsay Clancy's mental health deteriorated after starting a new antipsychotic medication in early December 2022, leading to suicidal and intrusive thoughts.

On the day of the killings, Lindsay seemed to have 'one of her best days', but Clancy found the children in the basement with exercise bands around their necks and Lindsay in the backyard with self-inflicted wounds.
