‘DMs filled with death threats’: CJP's Ratna Singh says she relies on lessons from Jantar Mantar protest

CJP spokesperson Ratna Singh says she receives death threats and hateful messages in her DMs, but has developed a thick skin from the Jantar Mantar protest movement.

Singh is a lawyer and former legal journalist who served as a core spokesperson during the 36-day Jantar Mantar sit-in.

CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke's father alleged the family was warned that Abhijeet should join the BJP or face consequences.

Dipke returned to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, after the protests ended on July 25, keeping his homecoming low-key.

Dipke criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an 'influencer' and suggested he hand over governing responsibilities to someone else.
