Blueface home swatted during live stream

A reported shooting at rapper Blueface's Canyon Country, California home was a swatting incident, caught live on his KIK livestream.

Deputies responded to a call about a shooting at Blueface's home in the 16000 block of Juniper Springs Drive at around 2:40 pm on July 22, 2026.

After searching the home, authorities found no evidence of a shooting or any crime, according to Shirley Miller of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station.

Blueface was detained during the livestream but not arrested in connection with the false report; no arrests related to the swatting have been announced.

Blueface had been released from prison on November 3, 2025, after serving a four-year sentence for violating probation on a 2021 assault charge.
