Joe Felz, founder of Felz Investment Group, dies at 40

Joe Felz, founder of Felz Investment Group, has died at age 40; his partner announced his death without disclosing a cause.

Felz started Felz Investment Group in 2011, focusing on buying, renovating, and reselling real estate.

He diversified into solar energy, van conversions, and had over 700,000 Instagram followers for his renovation and DIY content.

In 2024, on The Titanium Vault podcast, he said he owned a wholesaling and acquisitions company and managed about 65 rental and investment properties.

Felz, an eight-time convicted felon, said he left prison with $50 and built multiple businesses; he had recently moved to Costa Rica with his partner Alxzondra.
