Moe Kasugai launched KOREC in 2019 to connect South Korean job seekers with Japanese employers, after observing that many capable graduates struggled to find jobs in South Korea.

KOREC organized a two-day job fair in Seoul last month to help young Korean professionals explore career opportunities in Japan.

Retaining Korean workers in Japan is a challenge, as many seek faster career growth and higher salaries.

The trend is also fostering stronger professional and cultural exchanges between Japan and South Korea.
