Ukraine will step up counteroffensive actions, new top commander says

Mykhailo Drapatyi is the new commander-in-chief of Ukraine's armed forces.

Drapatyi said he was tasked with stepping up counteroffensive actions.

He also mentioned launching new operations inside Russia.
