Israel detains over 70 suspects following deadly violence in the West Bank

Israel's military detained over 70 suspects across the occupied West Bank after deadly violence that killed two Israeli soldiers and four Palestinian villagers in Tell.

Palestinians reported searches including a raid on Nablus Specialty Hospital, where soldiers detained an injured man and terrorized staff and patients.

The Israeli military said over 300 locations were searched and affiliates of Hamas, arms traffickers, and others were detained.

Clashes began when settlers entered Tell, an Area B village off-limits to Israelis, leading to confrontations with residents.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israeli soldiers killed four Palestinians in Tell; the military reported two soldiers dead, including a settler in a local defense squad.
