Andy Burnham eyes to finish the job he couldn’t in 2009 — fixing UK’s broken social care system

UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham pledged to overhaul England's social care system, saying it is essential to prevent the NHS from being overwhelmed.

Burnham said reforming social care would be one of his biggest priorities in office, but creating a new system would take time.
