Veritas Finance to revive process for initial public offering, cuts offer size to Rs 1,500 crore

Veritas Finance will revive its initial public offering process with a reduced offer size of Rs 1,500 crore.

The revised IPO comprises a fresh issue of approximately Rs 900 crore and an offer for sale of about Rs 600 crore.

The company had previously filed draft papers with SEBI in September 2024 but withdrew them in October 2024.

Private equity firm Faering Capital is an existing investor in Veritas Finance.
