Developer fired after personality test at ElevenX Capital

A software developer in Gurugram was fired on his second day at an ElevenX Capital company after completing a culture and personality assessment.

The assessment included questions about behaviour, communication style, conflict resolution, and whether he considered himself outgoing.

The developer believes the company wanted extroverts and that his test results conflicted with that preference.

He had successfully cleared all interview rounds before being asked to take the personality test.
