CCI fines HP India, resellers over Rs 142 crore for cartelisation

CCI fined HP India over Rs 138 crore for cartelisation and bid-rigging in government tenders.

resellers were fined around Rs 3.52 crore for their role in the cartel.

The case involves tenders for personal computers and printer supplies on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).

The CCI action followed a lesser penalty application submitted by HP India.
