MoSPI slashes NSS data release time to 45-90 days with digital push

MoSPI reduced National Sample Survey data release time from 8-9 months to 45-90 days.

The reduction was achieved through adoption of digital data collection systems and methodological reforms.

Minister Rao Inderjit Singh informed the Lok Sabha about the change.

The initiative aims to provide faster access to crucial socio-economic data for policymaking.
