Mexico captured the alleged mastermind behind the assassination of Uruapan mayor Carlos Manzo.

Carlos Manzo was killed in November while with his family during Day of the Dead ceremonies.

The mayor was known for his tough-on-crime stance and was seen as a modern-day Robin Hood.
