HP High Court holds awareness program on sexual harassment at workplace

The Internal Complaints Committee of the Himachal Pradesh High Court organized an awareness program on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (POSH) Act, 2013 for all women employees.

Experts Sunita Sharma and Sumitra Chandel discussed the POSH Act, the Vishaka Guidelines, and the She-Box Portal for complaint redressal.

The program aimed to educate women employees about their rights and the mechanisms available for addressing sexual harassment complaints at the workplace.
