Khamenei linked any agreement to end Iran's conflict with the US to a complete halt in Israeli military operations in Lebanon.

In a message to Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem and the group's fighters, Khamenei praised Hezbollah as the leading force resisting Israel.
