STF busts Chinese man-led hawala network in Noida, 3 held

UP STF arrested Chinese national Liao Longhui, Sanjeev Kumar, and Kaushlendra in Noida for operating a hawala and shell company network.

Liao Longhui entered India in 2018 and ran YTL Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, which under-invoiced imports from China and routed surplus funds via hawala.

STF recovered company incorporation documents, seals of 10 firms, cheques worth ₹4.72 crore, and cash from the accused.
