SEBI Cancels Registration of 34 Investment Advisers for Non-Payment of Renewal Fees; Check the Full List

SEBI cancelled registration of 34 investment advisers on July 21, 2026 for non-payment of renewal fees under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.

The advisers failed to pay mandatory renewal fees every five years and did not respond to show-cause notices issued on June 2 and June 4, 2026.

Cancelled advisers include Aishva Financial Services Private Limited, CapitalVia Global Research Ltd., and 32 others listed in the order.

Despite cancellation, advisers remain liable for past acts or omissions, and must maintain records, address investor grievances, and transfer client records.

The order was passed under Section 12(3) of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 30A of SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008.
