Nashik: Maha Metro Unveils 58-km Metro Rail Plan Across Three Priority Corridors

Maha Metro has proposed a 58-km metro rail network for Nashik across three priority corridors.

The three corridors are: Ozar Airport to Pathardi Phata (23 km), Gangapur to Nashik Road (21.5 km), and Gangapur to Mumbai Naka (13.58 km).

The plan includes seven multimodal transport hubs to integrate metro with other public transport.

Proposals include 131 pedestrian pathways, 88 km of cycling tracks, and improved safety measures.

The plan addresses Kumbh Mela connectivity and parking needs in Nashik.
