SoftBank Plans New ¥60 Billion Bond After Retail, Overseas Deals

SoftBank Group Corp. plans to sell about ¥60 billion ($369 million) of notes to institutional investors in Japan.

The bond sale is targeted for this month.

This follows earlier domestic retail and foreign-currency bond offerings this year.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
