GMADA launches auction of 36 commercial properties

GMADA has launched an e-auction of 36 commercial and mixed land use (MLU) properties, including sites in Aerocity, IT City, and Sector 62.

A 27.78-acre MLU site in Sector 62, unsold in the previous auction, is offered again with a reserve price of ₹1,214.16 crore.

The e-auction includes 11 major MLU sites, with the largest being an 18.19-acre site in Sector 83 Alpha (reserve price ₹744.82 crore).

Three hotel sites in Sector 66 Beta are up for auction, including a five-acre site at ₹139.59 crore reserve price.

The auction also features 14 shop-cum-office (SCO) sites and one booth, spanning Phase 2, Phase 10, D Block Sector 69, and Phase 5.
