'Abusing is not cool': Manu Bhaker's social media post goes viral

Bhaker said that using bad language is not cool and that words reflect a person's personality and shape their character over time.

She defined cool as being hardworking, kind, respectful, honest, and making parents and country proud.

Bhaker noted that abusive language has become normalized, especially among youngsters, and she wanted to address that.

Bhaker made history at the Paris Olympics 2024 by becoming the first Indian athlete in the post-Independence era to win two medals at a single Olympic Games, with bronze in women's 10m air pistol and 10m air pistol mixed team.
