PVV Infra Wins Two Highway Amenity Contracts

PVV Infra received two Letters of Award from NHLML, an NHAI SPV, for wayside amenities projects in Madhya Pradesh under the DBOT model.

The projects are on the NH-44 Gwalior–Jhansi Corridor at Dabra and the NH-752D Ujjain–Garoth Corridor near Dhanodiya, with combined annual lease rent of Rs 2.49 crore.

The Ujjain–Garoth site is near Ujjain, expected to see high traffic during Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela 2028.

PVV Infra also has bids for four additional wayside amenities projects in Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh, with financial bid results awaited.

PVV Infra shares jumped 12.77% to Rs 3.71 following the announcement.
