'Absolutely zero confidence': Ashwin questions Gambhir & management's faith in Kuldeep

Ravichandran Ashwin questioned head coach Gautam Gambhir and team management's faith in Kuldeep Yadav after Kuldeep was omitted from the entire ODI series against England.

Ashwin said Kuldeep has 'absolutely zero confidence' from the management and should stop waiting for opportunities that may not come.

Since Gambhir took charge on July 9, 2024, India have played 104 international matches but Kuldeep featured in only 38.

Ashwin described Kuldeep as the finest wrist spinner in world cricket, better than Adam Zampa, citing his record of around 170 wickets from 120 matches.

Kuldeep's omission from the third ODI at Lord's, even with Jasprit Bumrah unavailable, sparked further debate over his role.
