Tony Romo takes leave from CBS after DUI arrest
Tony Romo, former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and CBS NFL analyst, was placed on leave by CBS Sports following a DUI arrest.
Romo was arrested on July 23 after a traffic stop in Milwaukee County, where he received three citations, including refusal to take a sobriety test, and was found with an open alcohol container.
In Romo's absence, J.J. Watt will serve as CBS's lead game analyst alongside Jim Nantz and Tracy Wolfson.
Romo has an estimated net worth of $80 million and is married to Candice Crawford, with whom he has three sons.
Romo is scheduled to appear in court on September 21.
