Massive Fire Breaks Out At Dalmia School In Mira Road Near Mumbai; Library, Labs & Auditorium Gutted

A massive fire broke out at N.L. Dalmia School in Mira Road, Palghar district on July 15, 2026.

The fire started in the auditorium and spread to the battery backup room, gutting the top floor.

The school's library, auditorium, laboratories, and several classrooms were damaged.

All students and staff were safely evacuated; no casualties or injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation; eight fire engines and four water tankers controlled the blaze.
