Indian-origin man who saved nearly 20 people in Bondi Beach shooting granted Australian permanent residency

Rehmat Pasha, a Hyderabad cab driver, saved nearly 20 people during the Bondi Beach shooting on December 14, 2025.

The attack claimed at least 15 lives and involved a father and son from Hyderabad as key accused.

Pasha has been granted Australian permanent residency for his bravery.
