Chhattisgarh: Thenhi becomes first village with community solar plant

Thenhi village in Chhattisgarh's Dhamtari district becomes the first to have a community solar plant under PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.

The 142 kW plant provides free electricity to over 70 families.

The project is positioned as a model for rural energy in the district.
