Watch: US army veteran carrying 'ICE off our streets' sign sets fire outside NYC federal building

US Army veteran Andrew Arrabaca, 43, set a fire outside 26 Federal Plaza in New York City while carrying a sign reading 'ICE off our streets'.

Arrabaca ignited flammable liquid, set off fireworks, and fired an airsoft rifle; three people sustained minor injuries.

Investigators recovered two airsoft rifles, six incendiary devices, two axes, a hammer, a machete, and three knives from the suspect.

FBI Assistant Director James Barnacle Jr. stated Arrabaca admitted targeting the building and was 'okay if he hurt or killed people'.

The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force is leading the investigation; no formal charges had been announced as of Monday afternoon.
