Woman blocks train, survives, and attempts to assault loco pilot

A woman walked onto railway tracks and stood motionless as a train approached at speed.

The loco pilot applied emergency brakes, stopping the train inches away from the woman.

The woman then banged on the loco pilot's door, demanding to beat him.
