Grand Bahuda Yatra procession marks Lord Jagannath's return to Puri

Thousands of devotees gathered in Puri for Bahuda Yatra, marking Lord Jagannath's return to Shri Jagannath Temple.

The procession involves Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra returning from Gundicha Temple after their nine-day stay.

Gajapati Maharaja Dibyasingha Deb performed the Chhera Pahanra ritual during the event.

The return journey is part of the annual Ratha Yatra festival, concluding the deities' stay at their aunt's temple.
