CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke mocked PM Modi's late-night video message, writing on Instagram: 'Your skin is brighter than the country's future.'

PM Modi addressed Parliament's passage of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, calling it a major step to build a more reliable examination system and crack down on paper leak mafias.

Modi said past decades had seen paper leaks plague every state and central government, risking children's futures, and the government is implementing reforms and using technology to safeguard exam integrity.

Dipke's platform grew into a massive student protest that culminated in the resignation of Union education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
