Greater Noida Metro Corridor given approval from central body

The Public Investment Board (PIB) cleared the 8.4 km Greater Noida West Metro corridor.
The elevated corridor will connect Sector 61 with Greater Noida West Sector 4, with five stations.
The project is estimated to cost nearly ₹2,000 crore and is expected to be completed in four years after construction begins.
The proposal will now be placed before the Union cabinet for final approval.
